The Venture Forum is committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable environment that supports the
diverse and vibrant entrepreneurial community in Central Massachusetts. We believe that equal
opportunity is essential for the success of our organization, the growth of technology-based startups,
and the health of the communities we serve.

It is the policy of The Venture Forum not to discriminate based on race, color, religious creed, religion,
national origin, sex, ancestry, age, pregnancy or pregnancy-related conditions, sexual orientation,
gender identity, disability, mental illness, military status, citizenship, immigration status, genetic
information, or any other protected status under federal or state laws.

This policy applies to all activities of The Venture Forum, including, but not limited to, programs, events,
employment, Board of Directors and advisor membership, volunteers, vendors, and consultants. We will
not knowingly support organizations that do not comply with this policy.
