Mentor Match

The program provides much needed support to budding entrepreneurs by pairing them with experienced hands-on mentors to help solve/manage a pressing concern identified by the entrepreneur.   This could include revising their business plan, customer discovery, sales and marketing, preparing to raise capital, etc.  Mentors will meet with their mentees for 1 hour per week in person or virtually.

The program’s approach centers on personalized mentor-entrepreneur matches, ensuring that each participant receives tailored guidance and advice. This will be done through Showcase events where the entrepreneurs will present their ventures to potential mentors. Afterward, companies will be paired with one or more mentors who can meet their specific needs. We strongly encourage in-person meetings between mentors and entrepreneurs whenever possible, as we believe face-to-face interaction fosters meaningful connections and knowledge exchange.
